  • There is sometimes a possibility of extra charges like taxes or duties, which are to be borne by the recipient at the time of delivery.   • The delivery would be attempted only once. If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the recipient not being at home, the address being found locked, or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.
  • The product specifications (weight, size, colour, etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. Sai Shradha Moorti Art, in its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control.

  • Return Policy :-

    • The customer should return the product within 7 days of delivery.
    • Returned products should be in unused and saleable condition.
    • Pack the returning product in a box if needed.
    • Refund will initiate after receiving the product and a quality check.
    • Refunds will be credited within 5 to 10 working days in the original mode of payment.
